After working in the finance industry, Chris decided to share his passion and knowledge for craft beer by opening Prost in December 2014. The goal in mind was to provide craft beer lovers on the Seacoast of NH with a vast selection at fair prices. He combined forces with his father Steve who is a wine aficionado and his sister Elyse, a wine enthusiast to add wine to Prost. It was then that the idea for a temperature controlled wine room was born. Both Steve and Elyse select wine for Prost along with manager Randa who has a background in both retail ownership and wine sales.
